Quitting Sugar

From the 1st of October, I removed all sugar and caffeine from my diet. This exclusion includes coffee, chocolate, ice creams, cakes, lollies, flavoured milk drinks, sweet biscuits, soft drinks, bottled juice, custards, and cordials. I’ll have to check The Kitchen to ensure this is removed from the menu. Even removing Honey and syrup. As it stands, I weigh 99.4 Kg.
