I have always been terrible at making a schedule and, even worse, at sticking to it. But now that I am reviewing my life, I think a schedule could be a way to visualise my time, and it might help me establish my goals and lay them out visually. Your goals are your pathway to the vision you are striving for, and a schedule is the visual representation of your journey.

After watching the Huberman Lab Podcast Episode 1, I thought I would look at what an Ultradian Rhythm would look like on a schedule. I did find it interesting how four cycles fit perfectly with school hours.
